Procurement & Admin Assistant

Handle **all administrative duties**, including document filing, data entry, and office coordination for ERP.
- Manage **procurement of raw materials, packaging, and supplies**, ensuring timely replenishment.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
- Process purchase orders (POs), invoices, and supplier agreements.
- Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to track inventory levels and order materials accordingly.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and assist with budgeting.
- Prepare invoices to customers.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and industry regulations.
- Any other duties assigned.
**Job Requirements**:
- Diploma in **Business Administration, Procurement, or Supply Chain Management**.
- Minimum **2-3 years of experience**in procurement and admin roles.
- Familiarity with **sourcing suppliers, handling purchase orders, and inventory tracking**.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of **food industry procurement**is an advantage.
