**Your Role**:
As a **Financial Services Specialist**, you will provide expert advice, foster strong client relationships, and contribute to business growth through strategic solutions and excellent service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Relationship Management**:Build, nurture, and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Understand clients' financial goals and provide personalized recommendations.
- **Wealth Management & Advisory**:Offer professional advice on financial planning, investments, insurance, and estate planning.
Conduct regular reviews of client portfolios to ensure alignment with their objectives.
- **Sales Excellence**:Drive the sales of financial products and services, consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets.
Present tailored solutions to clients in a clear and compelling manner.
- **Business Development**:Identify and seize new opportunities through referrals, networking, and outreach.
Implement innovative strategies to expand the client base and grow revenue.
- **Entrepreneurial Leadership**:Embrace challenges with creativity, resilience, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
Lead by example and take ownership of both personal and team success.
- **Compliance & Market Knowledge**:Stay informed on market trends, financial regulations, and product developments.
Ensure adherence to industry standards and company policies in all activities.

**What You Bring**:

- **Educational Qualifications**:Minimum Polytechnic Diploma.
- **Experience & Skills**:Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for solving challenges and achieving results.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish trust and rapport.
Proven expertise in sales, client relationship management, and business development.
Knowledge of financial services and wealth management is an advantage.
- **Certifications**:CMFAS certification is a plus but not mandatory.
