We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to develop and execute marketing strategies that support our branding, lead generation, and recruitment goals.

*Key Responsibilities*

  • Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns to generate leads and promote Fort Financial's services.
  • Manage content creation across various platforms (social media, website, email newsletters, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the recruitment and sales teams to support marketing efforts aligned with business goals.
  • Develop and maintain marketing materials such as brochures, banners, social media posts, and presentations.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize future marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in organizing events, webinars, and recruitment drives.
  • Maintain brand consistency in all communications and client touchpoints.
