We are looking for a Graduate Trainee, Property, to join our Allianz Commercial Graduate Program, based in Singapore.

It is also about building market relationships with brokers, cedants and clients. An analytical mindset and interpersonal skills are equally important.

**Key Responsibilities**- Assist to underwrite new and renewal accounts including risk analysis and research and proactively preparing relevant underwriting information.- Assist in pricing of risks, setting terms and conditions.- Marketing and negotiating with brokers to close deals.- Develop and maintain strong relationship with key broking partners, clients as well as internal stakeholders.- Compliance with internal underwriting and governance processes, documentation, and administration requirements.

**Key Experience / Requirements / Skills**- Expected to graduate with a university degree by June 2025 in a related field (Engineering, Business, Economics, Finance etc.).- Fluency in English is mandatory and fluency in other Asian languages is advantageous.- Data mining and analysis skills are highly prized for portfolio modelling and discovering new market opportunities and segments.- Desire to learn, ask questions and challenge pre-existing notions in preparation for a career in the general insurance industry.- Problem-solving qualities, resilience and tenacity to solve challenging situations- Team player with strong service quality mind-set, adaptable, analytical, independent, meticulous, proactive, reliable, resilient, self-motivated, and willing to learn and have fun- Knowledge of standard Business Tools and Software e.g. Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).- Knowledge or prior experience in an insurance related company is advantageous but not a must have

**Further Information**:
- Duration: This is a permanent opportunity. After extensive training during the first 12 months on our Graduate Programme you will continue to work within the team and benefit from the lifelong learning opportunities that Allianz Commercial offers.- Expected Start Date: 01 July 2025-
