We are looking for a Graduate Trainee, Distribution Management, to join our Allianz Commercial Graduate Program, based in Singapore.

**Your Team**:
You will be joining the Distribution Management team in Singapore, reporting to the Regional Head of Distribution Management, Asia and working closely with the team.

**Key Responsibilities**

Sales Reporting- Successful administration and data quality of sales related data.- Responsible for the production of sales related reports for the country and LoBs.

Sales Planning & Forecasting- Contribute to bottom-up planning and forecasting for the LoBs.- Provide support and guidance on the pipeline entries and updates

Sales Management Tools-
- Provide training to support the effective, timely and accurate usage of sales management tools.

Distribution Management- Proactively support Head of Distribution Management in implementing initiatives.- Ensure the sales governance process is comply by the Distribution and LoBs.- Develop strong working relationships, with key stakeholders, including UW, Operations, Offshores teams, GPS and Distribution functions.

**Key Experience / Requirements / Skills**- Expected to graduate with a university degree by June 2025 in a related field (Accountancy, Business, Economics, Finance, Information Systems, etc.).- Fluency in English is mandatory and fluency in other Asian languages is advantageous.- Knowledge or prior experience in an insurance related company is advantageous.- Strong desire to learn the ropes in preparation for a career in the insurance industry.- Strong problem-solving abilities, including demonstrated tenacity at data mining to discover root causes of results is advantageous.- Team player with strong service quality mind-set, adaptable, analytical, independent, meticulous, proactive, reliable, resilient, self-motivated, and willing to learn.- Very strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
