Key Responsibilities:

- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to cryptocurrency and blockchain projects.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data from blockchain networks and cryptocurrency transactions to derive insights and make informed business decisions.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, developments, and regulations in the cryptocurrency and blockchain space to ensure our projects remain compliant and competitive.
- Use Case Identification: Identify and assess potential use cases for blockchain technology within our organization and evaluate their feasibility.
- Business Process Improvement: Work with business units to optimize existing processes by integrating blockchain technology to enhance transparency, security, and efficiency.
- Project Management: Develop project plans, manage timelines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of blockchain and cryptocurrency-related initiatives.
- Documentation: Create detailed documentation, including business requirement documents, project plans, and status reports, to facilitate communication and project tracking.
- Risk Assessment: Identify and assess risks associated with blockchain and cryptocurrency projects and develop mitigation strategies.
- Compliance: Ensure that all blockchain and cryptocurrency initiatives adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, including KYC, AML, and data privacy regulations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to bridge the gap between business needs and technological solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on blockchain and cryptocurrency technology.
- Knowledge of various cryptocurrencies, their use cases, and the broader crypto market.
- Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to derive insights from blockchain data.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in the crypto and blockchain space.
- Relevant certifications, such as Certified Bitcoin Professional (CBP) or Certified Blockchain Business Foundations (CBBF), are a plus.
- A proactive and innovative mindset with a passion for exploring emerging technologies.
