**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- End to end international assignment support, including but not limited to the following:

- Arrange flights and household goods upon expatriation and repatriation
- Administer preliminary and final hypothetical tax exercise jointly with Payroll
- Provide administrative support for all secondment-related benefits
- Collaborate with Corporate HR in the review of International Assignment related policies
- Engage and consult relevant stakeholders in the review and update of tax policies for international assignees
- Participate and drive International Assignment related initiatives
- Participate in process enhancements of the International Assignment module in Workday
- Provide advisory to the international assignees relevant to tax and their assignment benefits
- Participate in surveys, analyse survey reports and provide recommendations on market competitiveness
- Support reports preparation through working with the various departments involved
- Any other ad-hoc duties as may be assigned by immediate supervisor and/or team lead

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Degree in any discipline
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Meticulous, detail oriented, hardworking, proactive and self-driven
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Service mindset and a good team player
- In accordance with the requirements set by the Singaporean Government and due to the nature of the role requiring work onsite, it is a requirement for all new employees, as well as contractors, to be fully vaccinated* against COVID-19._
- *Fully vaccinated means individuals have completed the full regime of an approved COVID-19 Vaccine, including the respective post-vaccination period to ensure the vaccine has become full effective, according to prevailing vaccination guidelines as advised by Ministry of Health (MOH)._
- Applicants will have to provide full vaccination details during recruitment process, in compliance with company’s regulations._

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $4,500.00 - $6,500.00 per month
