**Specific Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for operation flow within the group.
- Lend support to other groups when necessary.
- To manage and train staff such that duties are being performed in accordance to customer requirements & company rules.
- To troubleshoot operation problems and take responsibility to resolve them.
- To know the different activity charges of all customers in their own respective groups.
- To calculate the cost for each type of activity charge in their own respective groups.
- To analyze revenue and costs for each customer.
- To escalate to Section Leader if charges to the customer are not proportionate with the amount of work being done by the staff.
- To implement various methods in order to decrease cost.
- Management of staff within their group. Management of attendance and shift schedule of staff.
- To back up Customer Service Officer when they are on leave.
**Job Specifications/Requirements**:

- Meticulous and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in FMCG warehouse setting.
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced enviroment with minimum supervision.
- Good knowledge on using WMS.
- Possess a valid Singapore Forklift license.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced enviroment with minimum supervision.
- Able to lead & manage a team in ensuring daily operational targets are met & look into operation improvements.
- Being Customer Centric is an added advantage.
**Working Arrangements**

**Work Location**:24 Penjuru Road, #01-06B, ALOG Commodity Hub, Singapore 609128

**Work Week**: Monday to Friday (5 Day Work Week)

**Work Hours**: 9am to 6:30pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $3,200.00 per month
