QA Manager

**Description and tasks**:
**_Summary_**
- Lead and direct operations of the QA Department.
- Implement and manage the company certification audits, sustainability compliance and customer audits and requirements.

**Responsibilities: -**
- Lead and provide support to the Quality Engineers in the operations of the QA functions.
- Implement and manage the company’s certificated quality and management systems.
- Manage customer audits as and when required.
- Perform supplier quality system audit when necessary
- Perform monthly QA performance report
- Lead quality initiatives and promote quality culture across the organization via data driven metrics
- Investigate customer complaints and develop effective action plans to prevent recurrence.
- Chair quality management review and manage internal and external audits.
- Escalate and manage any significant events such as safety, quality, regulatory or any compliance issues.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Pre-requisites**:

- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electromechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in similar capacity.
- Knowledge in Quality Management Standards with internal auditing experience.
- Able to handle customers' complaints and supplier quality issues.
- Knowledge of QA Tools, Statistical Quality Control Techniques.
- Good leadership and communication skill.
- Possess positive working attitude with initiative.
- Able to work independently and work under pressure.
- Strong decision making and problem solving skills.
