**What the role is**
- You will be part of the Human Resource Division that supports and enables our business divisions to achieve SSG’s organisation goals.

You will be responsible for the following work:

- Review and manage the HR policies, processes and operations related to benefits and claims (i.e. Leave, HR Claims, Medical and Dental, Local Transport, Overseas Travel and WICA)
- Ensure smooth operations of HRIS processes (e.g. in Workday and MCPS) in areas such as benefits and HR claims
- Serve as lead for selected Workday modules, e.g. Absence, Core and Expenses modules
- Oversee HR records management to ensure accurate and updated employee records
- Advise colleagues on matters relating to Benefits, HR Systems and Records Management
- Oversee Long Service Award administration
- Work with outsourcing service provider on provision of timely and quality business processes
- Work closely with HR process owners to streamline and optimise processes; and ensure there is proper SOP system and management in place
- Perform data analysis on HR datasets to derive meaningful insights to facilitate decision making and make recommendations
- Support ad-hoc HR projects

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary qualification with at least 3 years of relevant working experience in the fields of HR operations, HR system, HR management, HR Benefits & Claims
- To perform well in this job, you should:

- Have a strong understanding of HR policies, processes and legislation
- Be savvy and comfortable with technology and HR systems
- Have good interpersonal, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Be able to work independently
- Have good organisational and time management skills
- Be able to multitask
- Familiarity with Workday system, public service HR policies and systems
- Experience in management of third party vendors and contracts would be an added advantage
- Work experience in the public service sector
- With IHRP-CP certification
