As we continue to launch new business innovations and expand our business lines within the region, we are seeking for a **Financial Advisory Specialist** to join our Singapore team.

**Mission**

As a Financial Advisory Specialist of MoneySmart Financial, you will be responsible for helping new and existing customers of the company to make smarter financial decisions in the aspects of financial planning and insurance.

You will be working closely with our Head of Financial Advisory to grow the business, drive sales excellence and foster a positive client-centric culture. In addition, you will be part of the pioneering team of the new business vertical. This role offers an excellent opportunity to achieve great success on a personal and team level, contributing to the growth of the Group's overall business in Singapore.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide holistic financial advisory services to new and existing customers of MoneySmart Financial
- Conduct financial planning and financial needs analysis for customers
- Provide recommendation and implementation of insurance solutions
- Foster and maintain strong customer relationships to deliver excellent customer service
- Handle all leads and enquiries assigned and expand customer base through referrals
- Deliver sales-related objectives and key results
- Ensure appropriate advisory practice and proper documentation
- Adhere to both internal policies and procedures as well as external regulatory requirements

**Requirements**:

- Degree or higher educational qualification
- At least 2 years of sales experience in the financial services industry, preferably in FA firms and/or insurance companies
- Good knowledge of financial planning and the insurance industry
- Sound understanding of insurance products and collective investment schemes
- Able to carry out duties independently with mínimal supervision
- Able to learn and adapt quickly, working under pressure and time constraints
- Self-motivated with a resilient mindset to achieve objectives and key results
- CMFAS Modules 5, 9, 9A and HI qualifications; M8, M8A, BCP, PGI and ComGI will be an added advantage
