We are growing and we’re looking for talents to come onboard our insurance team as a Financial Advisory Specialist based in Singapore. Responsibilities Provide holistic financial advisory services to new and existing customers of MoneySmart Financial Conduct financial planning and financial needs analysis for customers Provide recommendation and implementation of insurance solutions Foster and maintain strong customer relationships to deliver excellent customer service Handle all leads and enquiries assigned and expand customer base through referrals Deliver sales-related objectives and key results Ensure appropriate advisory practice and proper documentation Adhere to both internal policies and procedures as well as external regulatory requirements Requirements At least 3 years of sales experience in the financial services industry, preferably in FA firms and/or insurance companies Good knowledge of financial planning and the insurance industry Sound understanding of insurance products and collective investment schemes Able to carry out duties independently with minimal supervision Able to learn and adapt quickly, working under pressure and time constraints Self-motivated with a resilient mindset to achieve objectives and key results CMFAS Modules 5, 9, 9A and HI qualifications; M8, M8A, BCP, PGI and ComGI will be an added advantage Moneysmart culture values and tenets The traits we admire are core intrinsic qualities we look for in someone we want on our team, and we look for people who are Hungry, Humble and Smart.
