About the Role
**Role Type**: Permanent, Full Time
What will your day look like?
Promote collaboration to achieve IR Options (sales & trading) financial targets.
Promote sales/trading cooperation and engage with sales team to maximise IR Option sales and trading results.
Ensure consistent, competitive, and timely pricing to internal and external customers.
Work with product and sales to jointly manage IR Options’ risk, profitability and compliance.
Improve Risk Awareness & Risk Culture and ensure limit management and compliance with all internal and external requirements.
Comply with front office control checks and deal processes to limit transactional processing risk issues and prevent operational risk/trading errors.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Strong background in trading IR Options with extensive relevant experience.
Experienced in working with quants and technology to model, develop and manage these products.
Experience working within a team across multiple geographies and time zones is required.
Experience in dealing with internal and external clients and negotiating with clients and stakeholders. Strong customer focus and ability to drive results.
Knowledge of regulatory framework and requirements in relevant countries.
