Aethir, a leading technology company specializing in distributed cloud infrastructure for gaming and AI industries, is currently seeking a talented and experienced Network Operations Centre (NOC) Manager to join our team. As a NOC Manager at Aethir, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Network Operations Centre, ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our network infrastructure.

Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring network performance, managing incidents, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, and leading a team of network engineers and technicians. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest level of availability, reliability, and security for our clients' network infrastructure.

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute and monitor work during the project implementation phase, driving resolution of customer and other key stakeholders' needs and issues, ensuring delivery success and customer satisfaction
- Identify delivery risks, coordinate internal teams and external partners, optimize delivery processes, improve issue handling mechanisms, and reduce delivery risks and costs
- Collect and provide feedback on customer needs and issues during product use, collaborate with internal product research and development teams to analyze and resolve issues
- Write various documents during the project delivery implementation phase

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, electronics, communications, automation, engineering management, or related fields
- Over 8 years of experience in the internet or software industry with corresponding IT technical capabilities
- Over 5 years of project management and delivery experience, with familiarity with project management principles and ability to independently complete tasks
- Strong organizational, execution, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage project progress, quality, cost, risks, safety, and other key aspects
- Strong team management and resource coordination abilities
- Experience in integrated or software project delivery management, preferably in AI, GPU, or related projects
- Willingness to travel for medium to long-term assignments based on project needs
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin
- Proficiency in Golang and Python, with familiarity with OpenStack and a strong understanding of networking concepts
