**Tasks**:
Specialist IT Infrastructure Porsche Asia Pacific is offering a vacancy for Specialist IT Infrastructure. The role is to manage the infrastructure stack in Porsche Asia Pacific where you will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and automating infrastructure tasks and operating systems to ensure system health and efficiency. Additionally, you will be in-charge of documentations, helpdesk processes and serve as a point of escalation for technical issues.
- Manage all Windows, network and relevant infrastructure stack including design, implementations, security audits, monitoring, troubleshooting tasks and responding to outages
- Implement or manage automating and monitoring systems for efficiency in order to reduce human intervention such as SCCM, Uxmon, Jira, Confluence, Tuffin, etc.
- Analyse user requirements and procure/commission systems both physical and virtual, on-premises or in the cloud
- Point of escalation for service desk and to support or provide advice on level 1 support issues such as end user computing devices, network, etc.
- Liaise with vendors and other functional teams of Porsche for projects, change requests, technical refresh and problem resolution
- Assist in asset management as well as updating directives, the policy and procedure document, user guides and to provide training to end users as required

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science (other disciplines with relevant experience may also be considered)
- 2-3 years of experience in the infrastructure technology field; experience in setting up a full infrastructure stack advantageous
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with previous professional experience in multi-cultural environment
- Certified in Microsoft server technologies with experience in Microsoft 365’s suite of services including Windows 10/11, Office 365, Teams, Sharepoint, etc.
- Basic networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP, NAT, routing tables, etc) and use of packet capture tools like tcpdump or Wireshark for troubleshooting network-related issues
- Knowledge of virtual environments (e.g. VMWare), cloud technologies (e.g. AWS), modern backup technologies (e.g. NetApp, Data Dimension, etc) and scripting for infrastructure automation (e.g. PowerShell)
