**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for all aspects related to business development by working closely with Distributors leader/groups to ensure their success and growth with Market_Singapore (MASG)
- Support and monitor all sales aid material, sales tools, and communication literature with updated information from the headquarters Creative Services Department
- Manage, implement, support, and promote all corporate technology and tools including not limited to All MASG Business websites, APP, and sales tools
- In charge of all related activities with Web-centre solution and ISM (Internet Sales and Marketing)
- Drive Sales growth by working closely with leaders to promote and align Company Sales Strategy
- Build strong relations with leaders, participate, visit, and motivate them through meetings/coring.
- Responsible for field recognition
- Support all activities related to corporate events; include, Annual Convention, Leadership School, Product Seminars and etc
- Support field development special projects and other duties as assigned by Sales Supervisor/ Assistant Manager/Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree Holder preferably in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related discipline. Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply, experienced professional are also welcome
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the Direct Selling Industry or business development.
- Initiative, independence, and resourceful with marketing senses and business awareness
- Good presentation skills, service attitude, and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skill
- Mature, well-organized, and a good team player
- Willing to take extra duties on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays occasionally to support events

**Salary**: $2,400.00 - $4,000.00 per month
