**Job Summary**:
**Essential Functions**:

- Plan, execute and document preventive maintenance within the given time frame as delegated by the Technical Manager, this includes the Save-a-Life (SAL) initiative by the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF)
- Carry out In-house servicing that includes repairs from the local and Asia Pacific Region
- Support the Logistics Department in their planning, managing and controlling of the flow of products and services
- Assist with Field Service team with service calls and commissioning of ZOLL Medical Products
- Assist with handling proper and accurate documentations with compliance to GDPMDS requirements
- Any other ad-hoc duties as and when required

**Task Elements**:

- Trained and guided by the technical service team to carry out the required duties independently or as a team
- Responsible for scheduling and executing the Preventive Maintenance including the SAL Initiative
- Solving simple field issues and liaise with ZOLL Medical’s supervisors for complex matters while performing duties
- Creating service reports and file the necessary documentation with compliance to GDPMDS requirements
- Learning the functions and processes of the technical service team which will show the importance of Process Flow in a workplace

**Skill Requirements**:

- Basic hand tools operations
- Flexibility to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively without compromising deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft office
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing
- Able to work with limited supervision, but willing and able to seek advice and guidance when required
