Job Summary:
The business analyst for FST reports directly to the SEA MAI BC who together supports FST in working with FSSC in its month-end closing process. The BA will be responsible for the mgt financial reporting, process improvement and business insights on FST.

About the role:
1. Monthly reporting - Monthly reporting and analysis of FST results and deviations compared to forecast. Analyse result development drivers and monitor their evolution (including metrics such as DRO, backlog and utilization). Business Partner to FST on supporting financial decisions and analytical insights through PowerBi.

2. Forecasting - Analyzing the Forecasting process together with SEA MAI Business Controller and Global BL

3. Special projects - Support FSSC in the annual audit and any related Govt productivity incentives given its production facility in SG

KPIs:

- Accuracy and timely reporting
- Forecasting accuracy
- Develop new analytical insights (PowerBI)

About you:

- Degree/Diploma - Finance & Control or comparable
- 2 - 5 years of working experience as Business Analyst, or experience in Audit or commercial
- Proficient in English
- High level of integrity
- Strong drive to realist results and continuous improvement
- Good organizational and analytical skills, able to digest complect information, see trends, able to look outside-in and with helicopter view, think in scenario's and analysis through data
- Self-motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects, takes ownership with a pro-active and critical mindset
