**Job Description**:

- Working with Marketing Manager, Malts (SEAPAC) to create and deliver unique brand experiences to consumers, providing education on malt brands (Highland Park, The Glenrothes and Naked) in line with global brand strategy and meeting the assigned targets for engagement, response rate and consumer recommendation and advocacy.
- Identify and build relationships with those who have influence in media and press to execute a variety of activation events and host media where appropriate
- Collect market and competitive set intelligence and contribute to brand planning sessions bringing brand, market, and category expertise. Make recommendations for improvement based on specific learnings and conclusions to deliver overall business objectives and growth targets.

Responsible for leading the development of brand’s private client base, network, and forge relationships with high-net-worth consumers, carry out recruitment programmes primarily focus on The Glenrothes and Highland Park.

Skills and Experience
- At least 5 years brand management experience, consistently achieves project goals, with high-level communication skills.
- Capable in making presentations and undertaking public speaking with confidence.
- Responds quickly to the needs of audience and their reactions and feedback.
- Demonstrate strong background and passion in spirits and love to interact and engage with target audiences about our malt brands.
