**About Happ -**

Happ is a high-growth tech start up, in the social networking and employment agency space. We empower both Helpers and employers to create better connections and believe in fair and ethical practices for both the Helper and the employer. Through creating a community, and connecting Helpers to the wider community, our goal is to enhance the professional standards, employability and mental well-being of Helpers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement a partner reward program (source for partners, onboard partners)
- Liaise with NGOs and other organisations for tie ups, collaborations
- Organise marketing and promotional events, including street campaigns
- Coordinate with external service providers on digital marketing, website
- Public Relations and handling media queries
- Social media management
- Managing partner relationships
- Keeping website content relevant
- Responsible for keeping branding, company image consistent

**Job Requirements**
- Someone dynamic, and thrives in a fast paced environment
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to use Photoshop, Canva, MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, Google docs, Google sheets and able to learn use of new platforms
- Self motivated and able to work independently with initiative
- 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience

You will be building, managing, and scaling a fast-growing marketing team. You will be owning our marketing strategy, being responsible for overseeing launches and promotional campaigns as well as identifying new opportunities for growth.
