**The Opportunity**

MMA Offshore has a rare opportunity for an experienced Senior Procurement Officer to join our Supply Chain Team.

Reporting to the Procurement Team Lead, the role will be collaborating with stakeholders to support purchasing and sourcing activities by ensuring that all purchase and payment activities support the achievement of business objectives and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation across all the Company’s operational jurisdictions.

The role will also be required to provide guidance and leadership for the Procurement Team.

This is a full-time permanent position based in our Singapore office.

**Key Responsibilities**
- End to end procurement from requisition to supply in accordance with procurement policies and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure order fulfilment and best practices for procurement.
- Working with the team on Vendor Management, Supply Chain Development & Cost Saving measures.
- Provide procurement support and guidance for the procurement team.

**Skills and Experience**
- 6-10 years’ experience working in a similar role.
- Minimum relevant tertiary education qualifications.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly MS Excel.
- Demonstrable analytical capabilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional planning and organisational skills.
- Teamwork or leadership skill.
