**About the Role**

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our growing **Valuation team**. As a Property Valuer, you’ll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of properties across Singapore, support clients in making confident decisions, and contribute to the continued growth of our valuation services.

**Your Responsibilities**
- **Deliver Accurate Valuations**: Provide professional valuation reports for all property types and purposes in Singapore (residential, commercial, industrial, etc.)
- **Collaborate with Experts**: Work closely with a supportive team of valuers to ensure clients receive the highest standard of service
- **Grow the Business**: Contribute to business development by maintaining strong client relationships and identifying new opportunities
- **Stay Ahead of the Market**: Keep up to date with property market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Education**: Degree in Real Estate or equivalent qualification (fresh graduates are welcome)
- **Skills**: Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
- **Personality**: A collaborative team player with good interpersonal skills and a client-focused mindset
