We are looking for a Valuer.

What this job involves
Working within a dedicated Valuation workstream comprising a team of valuers who are focused on corporate real estate assets and investment grade real estate assets
Working in collaboration with qualified, senior professional Valuers to provide timely and accurate valuation advice
Collation of relevant property and market information and data, in addition to the preparation of market and transactional analyses in support of the preparation of valuation assignments
Preparation of indicative valuations
Execution of formal valuation assignments in collaboration with qualified senior professional Valuers, including conducting site inspections of properties
Service valuation requirements of both external clients as well as internal business units
Assist with the maintenance of transactional and client databases
Execute valuation advisory work for all assigned jobs within given timeframes
Degree in Real Estate
At least 1 year of relevant valuation advisory experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Strong knowledge of Singapore property investment Market
Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
Team player
Good command of written and spoken English
Strong competency in cash flow modelling
