Core Responsibilities
- Leading productivity initiatives, performance management, collaborations and coherence within and across teams in the Business Service Operations (BSO).
- Leading high-quality execution of AR financial processes (Invoicing/Cash Application/Collections/Credit/Reporting - based on area of responsibility), in a timely, efficient and accurate manner.
- Managing customer and partners across geographies, building and strengthen professional network globally.
- Providing strategic advice to Head of Business Units, driving global projects in cooperation with BPI and other partners.
- Driving and implementing changes using the Continuous Improvement approach.
- Leading optimization initiatives across various functional areas globally and ensuring compliance of company policies and procedures.
- Fostering strategic relationships with senior collaborators, focus and commit to build service differentiation, modelling the way for Service Excellence.
- Taking initiative to provide the service through the understanding of customer needs and values.
- Driving process simplification and lead the implementation of global standardization and scalable processes.
- Developing people and enabling team members to act through empowerment with clear boundary settings.

The Senior Manager will support consistent, high quality and customer oriented AR processes and partner management, and thereby enable the BSO to succeed in delivering value to the LEGO Group.
The Senior Manager plays a meaningful role in establishing a sustainable AR department in the BSO. We are looking for the individual with all eager to engage actively in building a successful department, valuing collaboration, process excellence, quality and fun in everyday life.
Do you have what it takes?
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business (preferred); Master’s degree in Business related field will be a plus.
- 10 or more years of experience demonstrating AR process knowledge and leading to impactful business results, with 5 years of people leadership experience.
- Experience in working and driving a highly collaborative environment in a global setting, promoting coherence and the end-to-end perspective.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written English communication skills and comfortable working with senior management teams.
- Good eye for business and knowledgeable in the similar industry with strong customer relationships.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Detailed oriented while able to keep sight of the “big picture” and able to adapt quickly to fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge on Lean Management & service performance tools is an added advantage.
- Estimated travel activity will be up to 30 days per year.
