Oversee and direct client management team to ensure smooth client business integration and drive business growth of clients
General Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage operating departmental budgets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure efficient allocation of resources
- Lead the development of clients' business and marketing plans to achieve overall business objectives and profitability
- Oversee the business integration process for new clients to ensure alignment to all relevant functions and smooth integration
- Oversee and monitor clients' and DKSH's profit and loss to achieve sales targets and ensure best benefit from contract management
- Anticipate clients' needs and actively seek opportunities for new business of existing clients; take accountability for contract renegotiation
- Lead the team to provide effective solutions for clients' requirements related to ad hoc operational issues
- Oversee business communications and business review meetings with clients' management teams
- Develop strategic client relationships for effective business planning and business growth
- Partner with internal DKSH departments and Business Units to ensure alignment of clients' business plans and effective implementation of business plans
- Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Demonstrate strong understanding of clients' industry/business/products
- Demonstrate exceptional client management, negotiation and communication skills
- Proven senior level of relationship building
- Proven experience in working in multicultural global teams
- Demonstrate appreciation and respect for cultural sensitivities especially in cross-country/-cultural interactions
- Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or an equivalent degree
- Master's degree or MBA preferred
- Work Experience
- Minimum eight to ten years’ experience in a similar role
- Minimum five years’ experience in a managerial capacity
