**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analysing, troubleshooting and correcting system problems remotely and on-site
- Documenting incident RCA report the configuration of the system and system performance tuning
- Security compliance, patching, health check & hardening remediation
- Perform routine audits of systems and software as well as system devices backups
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of server backups
- Perform storage maintenance and troubleshooting
- Perform standard or project change request as per change window
- To support 24x7 when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent with 2- 3 years of IT operation and maintenance support experience
- Ability to analyze and solve problems independently
- Experience in:

- managing on premises exchange, active directory and,
- understanding storage connection, LUN provisioning as well as Middleware Protocol.
- Highly motivated, good team player who is also able to perform well independently
