**THE ROLE**

As a Customer Support Agent, your primary responsibility is to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. You will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services. You will work closely with other team members to ensure that customer inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively.
- Resolve customer issues by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues.
- Stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge and changes.
- Assist with order processing and shipping inquiries.
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policies.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
- Proactively and independently work to meet and exceed established customer service and performance goals.
- Handling administrative tasks when required

**THE REQUIREMENTS**
- Tertiary diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with customer service software and tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays if required.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a customer service or support role within logistics
- Knowledge of CRM systems and processes.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $2,000.00 per month
