Develop and prepare detailed plumbing drawings using AutoCAD or other CAD software.
- Create isometric and schematic diagrams of plumbing systems (water supply, drainage, venting, etc.).
- Assist in the design and layout of piping systems based on engineer’s instructions and architectural plans.
- Ensure designs are compliant with local building codes, plumbing codes, and other relevant regulations.
- Revise and update CAD drawings per redlines and markups from engineers or architects.
- Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, and architectural teams to resolve conflicts in design.
- Maintain organized records of drawing files and project documentation.
- Support field personnel by providing as-built drawings and responding to RFIs (Requests for Information).
- Participate in design review meetings when required.
- Responsible for the planning, coordinating, quality and timely completion of engineering drawings.
- Prepare detailed design and construction drawings for C&S works
- Responsible for preparing and producing shop drawings, as-built drawings and/or construction drawings in accordance with engineers’ requirements
- Able to work independently with the responsibility to meet tight deadlines. Develop and maintain CAD Drawings
- Develop dimensional drawings for layouts and non-dimensional drawings
- Revise drawings based on instructions/comments from designers, architects & engineers
- Communicate effectively and work closely with the design team members of individual’s project assignment
- Responsible for receiving, registering, filling and distribution of documents for the detailed engineering section
- Develop computer generated drawings, isometrics, details, plans, schedules and data sheets
- Perform other related work duties as assigned
- Responsible for attendance to daily site co ordination meeting and provide detail co ordination with sub contractors
