**Responsibilities**

The Accounts Intern would assist the Finance team with accounting work relating to 2 of
our entities: Mighty Jaxx China, as well as Play-e.
- Mighty Jaxx China- Assist in reconciliation for sales from Tmall and Alipay
- Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of sales data from Tmall and Alipay
- Verify and reconcile payment transactions with corresponding sales orders
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues with sales data
- Assist in Revenue Recognition process and update shipment fulfillment status
- Ensure that all revenue recognition criteria are met before recognizing
- revenue- Keep track of all sales orders and update the status of shipment fulfillment
- Play-e- Assisting in sales reconciliation for multiple e-commerce market platforms
- Ensure that all sales transactions are accurately recorded and accounted for
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues with sales data
- Filing and reconciliation of retail collection vs sales
- Keep track of all retail collections and reconcile them with corresponding
- sales data- Assist in accounts payable function on inventory invoice processing

**Requirements**:

- Enrolled in an accounting / finance related programme in an institute of higher

learning
- Comfortable with written Mandarin, as you will be required to read reports from

Tmall and Alipay, which will be in mandarin
- Has excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
