**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead process and product improvement projects for capacitor manufacturing operations.
- Generate innovative ideas for process and product development and enhancement of capacitors.
- Collaborate with suppliers on material improvement initiatives, utilizing metrology knowledge for execution.
- Perform statistical analysis of activities and data using tools such as Minitab, Tableau, etc.
- Coordinate with relevant sections to ensure timely completion of improvement projects.
- Utilize design and analysis software (e.g., Pro/E, Ansys) for development tasks (advantageous).
- Develop control plans, manufacturing standards, and PFMEA documentation for new and modified processes/products.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.

**Preferred Skills & Experience**:

- **Snr Engineer position**:2 to 5 years of experience in process/product development and improvement within component manufacturing industries.
- **Engineer position**:Fresh graduates with the above qualifications from Singapore universities will be considered.
- Basic knowledge of materials and mechatronics to understand machine and material functionalities.
- Experience with engineering software such as Pro/E, Ansys (advantageous).
- Hands-on experience with analysis equipment (mechanical property testers, material analysis tools).

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Proficiency in MS Office, Minitab, and other engineering analysis tools.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to perform statistical analysis.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in multicultural environments (Japan, Singapore, Indonesia).
- Ability to adapt to challenging conditions and demonstrate continuous learning.
- Team-oriented with excellent collaboration skills.
- Strong problem-solving attitude and resilience.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
