**What the role is**
- You will process violations under the various legislations administered by the Land Transport Authority (e.g. Road Traffic Act, Active Mobility Act, etc.). As part of the CM’s Group Coordinator (GC) team, your key role is to handle the routing, creation, re-assignment and pending of feedback and appeals received in a professional and timely manner. You will also be handling phone enquiries from members of public on payment matters; administrative tasks related to sorting of mails, compilation of statistics and processing of cheque payment.
