**The Role**:
**Key Accountabilities**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Work with the Campus Operations Manager to understand graduate demand and business requirements
- Assist the Client and Campus Operations Manager to develop the selection strategy for each role/scheme recruited and agree the recruitment strategy with hiring manager
- Manage client presence at target universities, ensuring at all times we are getting value for money out of the agreements and our listings are positioned for maximum effectiveness; measure and own the reporting on response rates
- Maintain the recruitment system so that it accurately reflects the status of all selection activity
- Facilitate the interview and assessment selection process utilizing the appropriate exercises templates
- Produce timely and accurate activity and management information reporting
- Identify areas of process improvement, and communicate these to the Camus Operations Manager
- Build collaborative relationships with hiring managers and manage issues, escalating as required

**Skills & Experience**:

- Experience working to and meeting demanding targets and deadlines within volume campaigns, preferably within a Campus Recruiting environment
- Experience in the use of recruitment technology and recruitment databases
- Experience of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in the **Banking Industry/Financial services** will be an advantage
