Join Singtel and spearhead innovation in managed roaming solutions for local and international markets As a **Managed Roaming Sales Manager,** you’ll be at the forefront of identifying opportunities, delivering tailored solutions, and driving client satisfaction in the managed roaming space. Your expertise will help expand our presence across diverse merchant verticals and Managed Roaming as a Service (MRaaS), both locally and globally. **Make an Impact by** - Leads exploration on managed roaming business opportunities in merchant verticals and MRaaS in Singapore and overseas markets. - Prepare commercial proposals for potential clients. - Coordinate with Pre-Sales team to prepare technical proposals for potential clients. - Prepare business case to justify the commercial deals. - Close sales deals and contract management with clients. - Work with Pre-Sales & Technical teams for customer onboarding. - After sales support client services including service development and customization. - Coordinate with Pre-Sales, Vendor and technical teams to handle customer complaints. - Budgeting and forecasting for managed roaming business. **Skills for Success** - Min Degree, with at least 5 years of experience in Telecommunications or Sales - Bonus if have prior experience in wholesale roaming - Excellent customer engagement skills - Experience in driving sales - Comfortable with frequent travelling **Rewards that Go Beyond** - Flexible work arrangements - Full suite of health and wellness benefits - Ongoing training and development programs - Internal mobility opportunities **Are you ready to say hello to BIG Possibilities?** **We are committed to a safe and healthy environment for our employees & customers and will require all prospective employees to be fully vaccinated.
