Overview:
PGCS is seeking a Finance Manager for the concentrate manufacturing plant in Singapore. This location is a key pillar in the global concentrate model, generating $4.5Bn of revenue across high growth APAC and North America markets. This position will champion strong growth in the coming years through key strategic initiatives and partnership with PGCS cross functional and Sector teams. Finance Manager will act as Director for Singapore entities and authorized representative of PepsiCo Beverage Singapore Pty Ltd, leading communications with government agencies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the finance function for Singapore plant & entities, supporting Plant Director and acting as key member of Singapore plant leadership team.
- Lead reporting of operating costs and revenue accounting transactions (12 month ends, 13 period ends), impacting Concentrate Manufacturing Singapore Pte Ltd (CMSPL) ensuring accuracy and reasonability.
- Lead the Annual Operating Plan and Quarterly Forecasts covering operating costs for the manufacturing location, prepare and consolidate the overall strategy for Singapore plant and present to central PGCS leadership team.
- Act as steward for company assets (fixed assets & inventory), holding responsibility for maintaining and leading a strong control environment in accordance with PepsiCo policy - position defines, drives and delivers controls agenda for site.
- Hold responsibility for signing significant legal documents including Market support agreements, EBA, Co-ops, pricing letters and PGCS contracts.
- Act as point of contact for Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) related engagements
- Lead communications with all government agencies, ensuring compliance across increasingly complex Tax and GST regulations and standards, hold a leadership role in significant Global and International tax audits.
- Lead development and implementation of best practice tools which improve accuracy, timeliness and cost effectiveness of financial transaction processing & reporting.
- Lead and drive the productivity agenda for the Singapore site - involves target setting across budget holders and leading ideation of new productivity initiatives.
- Finance lead for strategic growth workstreams to be delivered by Singapore across APAC and North America Gatorade markets through close partnership with key sector stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor Business Administration, Major Accounting/ Accountancy Qualification.
- 8 years+ PQE in Accounting and Finance leadership roles
- Proven Strategic thinking capability
- Proven ability to manage business complexity and change, and manage multiple priorities
- Extensive Control Experience
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Sox Experience a must
- Excellent supervisory and communication skills and strong interpersonal skills coupled with collaborative approach, to get things done both up and across the organization
- Ability to energize, develop, and build rapport at all levels within an organization, ability to influence and align teams in a matrix and virtual environment
- Resilient, with flexible upbeat and positive attitude to act as strong role model
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills through English
