Finance Manager
to join our growing team.

Position Overview

The Finance Manager will oversee the full spectrum of financial operations at Rachelle The Rabbit Distillery, including its brand house

). This is a hands-on role requiring accuracy, accountability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced SME environment.

Reporting directly to the Co-founder, you will manage all in-house financial processes and provide insights to support strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain in-house accounting systems, internal controls, and financial procedures
  • Manage full sets of accounts – AP/AR, GL, inventory, bank reconciliation, and cash-flow management
  • Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, management reports, and cash-flow forecasts
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and variance reviews
  • Handle statutory compliance: tax computation, GST, CPF, payroll, and government reporting
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and authorities on financial and regulatory matters
  • Provide data-driven financial insights and recommendations for management decisions
  • Continuously review and improve financial efficiency and workflow

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in SME, manufacturing, or F&B industries
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting standards and tax regulations
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, Xero) and advanced Excel skills
  • Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a hands-on mindset
  • Positive attitude, high energy, and a collaborative team spirit
  • Willing to grow with the company in a fast-moving SME environment
