Responsibilities
- Assist in the formulation of marketing strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
- Plan social media calendar and develop concepts with engaging content creation to heighten social media presence
- Plan and monitor the ongoing brand presence on social media
- Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase brand awareness, conversion and sales
- Implement SEO (keyword, image optimization etc.) and SEM
- Plan online marketing campaigns for website, social media, blogposts, EDM, etc. while monitoring and analysing data vigorously to improve SEO and online channel performances
- Create and copywrite online marketing assets in the form of copy, video and images and organize their distribution through various channels
- Monitor market trends, analysis of competitors activities to identify opportunities and provide suggestions for improvement
- Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across all digital platforms including CRM management and improving customer touch points
- Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of analytics tools
- Compile digital marketing analytics reports and develop optimization plans
- Work closely with graphic designer to design and develop content
- Acquire insights in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date by also possessing a comprehensive understanding of digital best practices
- Build rapport with vendors and third-party agencies or influencers to ensure high quality and excellence in execution across all marketing activities
- Photography/videography for social media usages
- Manage budget and measure ROI and KPIs
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communications or related fields
- Proven experience in content creation and digital marketing e.g. Facebook, Instagram (Stories/Reels), TiKTok and YouTube
- 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in FMCG, F&B, retail industry
- Good content and creative writing skills
- Good knowledge in the ever-changing digital marketing and up-to-date on the latest online marketing, campaign and content strategies
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient communicating both English and Chinese

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
