**Service Integration and Management**
You will help to deliver excellent end-user experiences and provide high quality support across our staff in 11 global offices

**What will you do as an IT Service Management (ITSM) Engineer?**
- Support IT Service Management operations, project and enhancement initiatives
- Develop service requests in ITSM platform
- Provide support in implementation of IT service management activities which may include the following areas:

- Analysis of service requests and enhancement the catalogue items
- User requirement gathering and solution design
- Build or enhance service requests in ITSM platform
- ITSM setup and configuration that adhere to the current ITSM process
- ITSM platform patching, upgrade, and maintenance works
- Work with Automation/Orchestration team to integrate with catalogs, approvals, and workflows
- Maintain and develop technical documentation and standard operational procedures
- Ensure compliance with IT security standards, policies and procedures
- Work closely with various IT Infrastructure and Operations teams to support and troubleshoot problems and issues
- Experience with ITSM platform architecture on BMC Helix, or other ITSM platform such as Service Now, Atlassian JIRA Service Management, Freshworks, etc
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python for use in automation
- Experience in technology delivery - preferably with some experience of delivering in automation and optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving and analysis skills, with the ability to identify and address complex engineering challenges
