Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to oversee managed data center operations and structured cabling infrastructure for a major banking client. The SDM will ensure service delivery excellence within SLAs, drive customer satisfaction, and lead continuous improvement initiatives across physical infrastructure services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end data center and cabling operations under a managed services framework.
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs, compliance, and operational standards.
  • Lead technicians, engineers, and vendors across multiple data center sites.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client stakeholders and conduct service performance reviews.
  • Oversee cabling (copper/fiber), provisioning, and decommissioning activities.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Track and report on SLA performance, incidents, and service improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years in service delivery or operations management (data center & cabling).
  • 3+ years supporting financial or regulated environments.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL, structured cabling standards, and data center operations.
  • Certifications: ITIL Foundation (required); PMP or ISO/IEC 27001 preferred.
  • Experience with ServiceNow, Remedy, or DCIM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3, $4,000.00 per month
