JR25327 F10 CVD/PVD Senior Process and Equipment Engineer (PEE)

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years experience in CVD/PVD semiconductor processes.
- Bachelor’s Degree/Masters in Engineering or Science discipline

**Responsibilities**:

- Have an in-depth understanding of how CVD/PVD affects other process areas and how other processes will impact CVD/PVD. to resolve complex integration issues through process development
- Drive innovative solutions to improve and optimize CVD/PVD wafer processes to enhance quality, yield, cost reduction and productivity.
- Identify, set up, monitor and establish action plan for key CVD/PVD process and equipment control parameters for a variety of equipment.
- Evaluate new CVD/PVD equipment and materials, and this includes collaboration with suppliers on the set up and installation for new equipment.
- Prioritize, manage, measure and monitor multiple projects simultaneously to ensure timeframes and deliverables are met in order to meet key strategic goals for the site.
- Identify and assess any safety and product risks, recommends risk eliminations, and control risk through mitigations and safe work procedures.
- Support environmental sustainability efforts through improving water conservation, reducing greenhouse gas emissions and electricity consumption, and enabling alternative renewable energy sources.
- Maintain and support day to day manufacturing and development activities through real-time problem analysis of deviations, and follow up with solution implementation.
