Role Overview: The Channel Sales Coordinator / Sr Channel Sales Coordinator is a member of the APCJ Channel Programs and Operations team and will focus on operational projects & duties to better enable F5’s Channel team. In this role, you’ll own various Channel Operations projects, focus on reporting and tracking "go-to-market" programs and campaigns and assist with creating efficiencies for various operational aspects of the Channel programs. Read on What You'll Do:- Oversee our partner onboarding process, maintaining status updates, and coordinate with Compliance and Channel Sales team to ensure compliance.- Serve as liaison with IT for various system issues and enhancements needed to support the Channel Sales team, track various IT enhancements, and communicate to Channel Sales team- Manage all online and hardcopy Partner Terms & Conditions and updates and oversee the auditing and management of partner agreements for partners- Responsible for tracking and reporting on Partner tier requirements and highlighting partners who are exceeding or falling short of their tier requirements.- Primary contact and administration support for deal registrations; partner clean-up for deal forwarding; creating and distributing deal registration and opportunity reports to internal and external partners- Manage quarterly incentive payment submissions & approvals to Accounts Payable- Serve as main point of contact for LearnF5 and UnityNet teams- Distribute Letters of Authorization and other partner verifications, as needed- Maintain APCJ Channel internal processes and business flow charts and documenting the process for all new Channel Programs- Manage the Distributor Community Portal; including maintain the authorized distributor users and provisioning of licenses- Manage the sign up and activation of Partner Central access for partners- - Own the APAC Partners and APAC Payment inbox- - Serve as first point of contact for partners and internal team inquiries- - Additional administration support to Channel Sales when needed- Perform other Channel related duties as needed What You'll Bring: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent required- 3+ years sales or sales support experience preferred. Fresh graduates with an aptitude for self-directed learning are welcome to apply- Previous work in a high-tech environment or Channel Operations is highly desirable- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
