Corporate Secretarial/ Corporate Legal Secretary

**Work Scope**
- Handle all aspects of clients' company secretarial matters (both listed and non-listed companies)
- Customer due diligence (on-boarding and on-going monitoring)
- Assist with incorporation of new companies, registration of foreign companies, etc.
- Prepare resolutions, minutes of meetings and ancillary documents
- Maintain Statutory Register and Minute Books
- Preparing and filing of notifications with ACRA
- E-stamping of transfer forms
- Ensure compliance with the statutory reporting requirements of the Companies Act, Listing Rules, and Code of Corporate Governance 2018
- Perform any other secretarial duties and support as and when assigned
**Requirements**:
- Relevant experience in legal firms or established corporate secretarial firms
- Good command in English, written & spoken
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Team player, meticulous, efficient & organised
**Salary**: $36,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year

**Education**:
- GCE 'A' Level or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Legal Secretary: 2 years (preferred)
