- Order processing and Fulfillment - Arrange delivery, inform customer if no stock
- Request for reprint if stock hits minimum by title
- Request for warehouse to form sets if sets run out
- Manage Lazada sales and customer service
- Customer service - both external and internal customers

**Requirements**:

- Minimum O Level/ N Level and above, ideally with at least 2 years of working experience
- Web savvy, able to work independently as well as in a team
- Bilingual in English and Chinese
- Organised, meticulous and able to prioritise
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- On-the-job training will be provided

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $2,600.00 per month

Schedule:
