HR & Admin Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Support in day-to-day HR and general admin functions;
- Manage the company’s recruitment needs and new staff induction;
- Support in staff compensation and benefits including staff welfare, payroll, FWL and CPF matters;
- Facilitate all training and development programs;
- Review and administer company’s insurance needs;
- Work with peers on the various audit documentation;
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent;
- At least 3 years’ relevant experience, preferably in recruitment;
- Initiative, organised, resourceful and ability to work with minimum supervision;
- Eye for detail and meticulous;
- Maintain strict confidentiality of information.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
