Saft Energy Storage Division is recruiting his/her Applications Engineer/Bid Manager for APAC. This position is based in Singapore.

**Contexte et Environnement**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop a deep understanding of the BESS market (Market Trends/New products launched / Competitor ‘solutions/New Applications opening) thanks to interactions with End user/Customers, Owner Engineers as well as participation to conferences/Webinars- Analyse and understand the technical specifications of the customer and provide Sales & Bid teams with Solution configuration guidance (BESS, PCS, MVPS, PMS)
- Interact with the engineering team and the PCS/PMS expert to validate the overall Integrator configuration (Product compatibility, Communication architecture, etc..) and ensure that the completed systems conform to all specifications, codes, standards and customer requirements
- Support sales teams for technical discussions with customers and internal teams to prepare offers
- Formalize offer the Technical paragraph related to BESS, PCS, MVPS, PMS description and provide the associated sizing report
- Up to the Integrator Scope, establish the overall costing of the project, including Internal (Product, Engineering, Field Service), External Costs (Subcontractors) costs and define the level of contingencies to be applied based on Risk & Opportunity Matrix, Trigger the Bid/No Bid process, Prepare the offer package (Commercial & technical) and submit it through Sales
- Formalize the Performance Guarantee on projects on both Ageing, RTE, Availability thru interactions with RAMST teams
- Provide support to Project Procurement by drafting specifications and performance expected from PCS/MVPS/PMS manufacturers
- Specify to the Engineering team expected enhancement of the Sizing tool/Sizing rules to be at market level (Abacus, accuracy, performance...) and performed the related UAT
- Contribute to updating standard documentation/White Paper/Business Case to promote SAFT solution
