Join our dynamic and vibrant department as Social Work Assistant in Yishun Health Campus and make an impact on the lives of patients and their families. We are seeking compassionate and trained individuals to support our acute, community hospital and outpatient clinics.As a SWA, you will be responsible for providing psychosocial care (including financial assistance) to our patients. Working closely with multi-disciplinary team to establish a holistic care plan and carry out appropriate interventions are essential aspects of the work as a SWA. You are also required to provide support to the MSW in the casework management and department admin work such as managing front counter duties.Qualifications:
- Diploma in Social Work/ Gerontology/ Psychology
- A team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
