Aon is currently recruiting a Regional Sales Director to join our team in Singapore.

**The Opportunity**

The role will focus on driving regional and large local market new business sales. You will be required to work closely with the regional Health Solutions team and local country Health Solutions sales colleagues and will be responsible for designing and supporting MNC and large market sales and prospecting strategies, whilst executing efficient sales outcomes to meet designated annual growth targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generating profitable sales in the Large Market, Regional and Global segments, through:

- The development and execution of a Regional sales plan
- Supporting the local markets in the development of their sales strategy
- Supporting local Health Solutions leaders and sales teams by ensuring sales excellence and prospecting methodology is embraced
- Developing and being accountable for a robust sales and prospecting pipeline across the Large Market, Regional and Global segments
- Supporting the conversion of those identified prospects into clients in conjunction with appropriate regional and local colleagues
- Managing an appropriate handover of new clients to the relevant client servicing teams
- Leading and managing responses to tenders and developing quality presentations as needed, working with the relevant country and regional expertise
- Developing Aon United opportunities by engaging colleagues across the business and demonstrating a strong Aon IQ and an ability to help solve clients’ needs
- Helping to facilitate Aon United activities across solution lines, including where appropriate the introduction of the Enterprise Client Group colleagues/services
- Following the Aon sales process protocols, including clearly defined sales strategy and activity, accurate pipeline reporting updates through Aon Connect usage and compliance with marketing and branding standards

**Requirements**:

- Degree or Diploma from a recognised university or polytechnic
- At least 10 years’ experience in Regional Sales, Consulting, and Employee Benefits
- Strong understanding of the Asia employee benefits and insurance market
- Domain knowledge of global/regional employee benefits client networks with a proven commercial mindset
- Good communication skills with ability to present, negotiate, and influence at all levels
- Effective stakeholder engagement skills
- Proven track record in delivering strong process driven outcomes
