Teacher Mentor

**Curriculum Development**:

- Developing age-appropriate educational curriculum tailored for preschoolers.
- Guide and assist teachers in preparing lesson materials
- Evaluate the effectiveness of teaching materials and methods, making improvements as needed.

**Guide and Manage Teaching Staff**:

- Assume a leadership role to inspire, guide, and oversee a team of preschool teachers.
- Lead and conduct regular training sessions for existing and new teachers to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality education.

**Hands-on Teaching**:

- Has maintained an active presence in the classroom, having taught classes within the past year.
- Hands-on approach. Stepping into classes as a substitute or to provide additional support when necessary.

**Flexibility and Performance Management**:

- Adapt to a variable work schedule while consistently achieving set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Demonstrate a keen ability for time management and prioritization, ensuring tasks are completed within set deadlines.

**Continuous Professional Development**:

- Showcase an innate desire for growth and learning, being proactive in seeking training or resources to enhance professional knowledge and skills.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, research, and best practices in early childhood education, ensuring the school remains at the forefront of quality teaching.

**Collaboration and Communication**:

- Foster a culture of open communication, encouraging teachers to share feedback, concerns, or ideas.
- Collaborate closely with teachers and administrative staff to address any potential issues promptly.

**Evaluation and Feedback**:

- Regularly review and assess teachers' performance, providing constructive feedback and personalized mentorship to help them grow in their roles.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 years teaching experience in Preschool setting (In-person and Online)
- Has experience with curriculum development and creating lesson materials
- Has experience training and managing teachers

**Salary**: $4,500.00 - $5,500.00 per month
