Business Development Manager

**About the Role**:
You'll be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with VIP clients, analyzing user growth data, and providing actionable insights to guide business decisions. You'll also maintain relationships with institutional clients, brokers, and communities, while staying ahead of the competition and identifying new opportunities for growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute strategies to grow our VIP client base, including platform cooperation, product marketing, and business channel development.
- Analyze user growth data, provide comprehensive insights, and guide the implementation of programs to drive growth.
- Maintain daily relationships with institutional clients, brokers, and communities, ensuring timely Q&A, platform updates, and KPI targets.
- Monitor competitive products, propose creative plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive expansion.
- Attend industry conferences, maintain exchanges with partners, and stay up-to-date on market trends.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or above, with proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing). Mandarin and other languages are a plus.
- At least 1-3 year of experience in the blockchain industry, with a strong understanding of overseas markets or international finance background.
- Experience in user growth, channel development, and market analysis is preferred.
- Strong team player with a collective sense of responsibility, online cooperation ability, and passion for crypto, blockchain, and digital assets.
