Mamacita's has by far been the only resturant that provide quality and healthy Central America cuisine right here in the sunny island of Singapore. With the operations expanding from the local hearltands, to famous tourist attraction in Lau Pa Sat, today, in the buzzling streets of Haji Lane, we are in the market to look for our new mamacita's addition of a host / hostess to join the family.

Assist in the smooth running of Mamacitas with a key role in building guests relations and ensuring guests’ satisfaction.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and seat guests as per SOP.
- Handle all guests’ inquiries and follow up accordingly.
- Handle and manage all reservations ensuring information is recorded correctly and followed up accordingly.
- Maintain and upkeep the hostess stand.
- Maintain adequate supplies of clean and tidy menus.
- Maintain excellent inter-departmental relations and share the latest restaurant information with all departments concerned.
- Monitor the needs and special requirements of regular guests.
- To be fully aware and have knowledge of the restaurant’s menus, prices, and other operation details at all times.
- Maintain guests’ mailing list for the Restaurant.
- To actively solicit new guests in consultation with the Sales & Marketing team.
- Assist to ensure a safe working environment and prepare repair orders when necessary.
- Assist to train and supervise other associates in the restaurant
- Any other duties may be assigned from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Good interpersonal skill - Pleasant and friendly disposition - Minimum GCE 'N' Levels
- At least 1 year of relevant host / hostess experience or relevant F&B experience
