DESIGNATION : [Samsung SDS] IT Operation Specialist (Korean Speaking)

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist IT Service Delivery Specialists and Analyst in resolving complex IT Infrastructure issues
- Support and maintain the IT Infrastructure security standards to be compliant with the company security policy
- Support and maintain the IT Infrastructure systems and data access
- Support and maintain the IT Infrastructure asset management - including Hardware lifecycle management and SW licensing
- Support the appropriate level of service for a centrally provided and maintained IT Infrastructure for: servers, clients, printers, and other standardized peripherals, data communication (LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN access, and required components), voice communication (local and remote)
- Act as a local point for all IT issues (Infrastructure and Application)
- Build the relationship between IT and the Business to become the trusted partner for delivering value and high levels of Service
- Establish good working relationships with users and other sources of support and assistance
- Follow and enforce company policies regarding IT management, security, standards, and procedures
- Support and maintain the IT Infrastructure audit compliance
- Provide information and assist the innovation team with IT budgeting and cost control

**Security / Infra Operation**:

- Planning and proposing IT investment for each IT part (PC / Network / Server / Security / IT Service)
- Supporting internal/external Audit, Security, Compliance
- IT Asset Management

**OA Operation**:

- PC and IT hardware and software maintenance: Setup / Configuration / Troubleshoot 1st Level Support for MIS, groupware, SAP
- Conference Support: Knox Meeting / Phone / CV Support
- Other IT Device Monitoring and Management: CCTV, T&A Systems, Smart TV, VC

**Server Operation**:

- Monitoring Server status: H/W, S/W, DISK
- Update Server S/W (Win Update, V3 Update, Prevent the risk case)
- Active Directory Server: Global AD User Management, Password Management
- Domain Server: Domain management
- Security Solution Management

QUALIFICATIONS
- The incumbent will be liaising with Korean associates, hence proficiency in the Korean language is required
- Bachelor’s degree (Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Analytics, or Applied Mathematics are preferred)
- Minimum of 4 years related IT operation experience
- Basic SAP knowledge and experience required
- Jira/Confluence/Salesforce experience preferred
